Our Mastering Agile Workshops can be taken independently or as part of our Agile Coach Academy programme.
The Agile Coach Academy is aimed at further development for Agile coaches who are looking to create, embed, and grow deep Agile capabilities within their organisation.
The sessions begin by building an agenda together, deciding the order that we want to take the proposed topics as a group and then using a lean coffee format to work through those topics.
Through the workshops there is the possibility of new content, education and training, and new ideas for you to hit the ground running in your organisation. They are designed to provide a space for people to create something that they find valuable!

On-demand Introduction to Agile & Scrum
To help delegates refresh and develop their Scrum knowledge, purchases of Mastering Agile workshop with Agile Centre includes 12 months free access to our On-demand Introduction to Agile & Scrum training, worth £250.
This online, on-demand modular training is a high-impact video course covering why modern organisations need a new approach to business, as well as exploring the Theory, Practices, and Rules of Scrum.

Delegates will automatically be enrolled onto this on-demand course upon receipt of their first workshop payment.
There are no requirements for joining the Mastering Agile Workshops, although we would recommend some experience and knowledge of working with Agile teams and the wider organisation.
We will be using Zoom and MURAL for the online training. We require delegates to use a laptop, computer or device with a large screen to ensure you can participate without the limitations of using a smaller device. Some people have found a second screen beneficial.
Reliable internet connection is vital.
Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the start of a course without cost. For cancellation requests received between 15 and 30 days prior to the workshop, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the workshop, the full fee is due independent of whether the registered person takes part in the workshop or not. Participants can be substituted without charge.
