This in-person course is designed to take you from LeSS curious to Practitioner. The course clarifies what needs to happen for organisations to fully un-tap the power of their people by moving from a Project to a Product-based organisation.

Course Overview
The Certified LeSS Practitioner course is an interactive program focused on the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework. Participants will learn LeSS principles, rules, and guidelines while exploring real-world adoption stories and engaging in practical exercises. Designed for Project Managers, Development Managers, and Product Owners with basic Scrum knowledge, this course equips attendees to effectively implement and improve LeSS in their organisations.

What is included?
- Three days of high-quality instruction from an experienced trainer
- A detailed workbook and course materials, as well as supporting course materials after the training

- LeSS is a Scrum Alliance-approved scaling framework. Attendance of this course will earn you 24 Scrum Education Units (SEUs)

Exam
There is no exam required to earn this certification.
Participants of this course will have to complete a short “priming” test to help them identify their LeSS blind spots, for example, regarding the role of Scrum Master in relation to multiple cross-functional self-managing teams or how continuous improvement takes place within the Scrum framework.
With the blind spots identified, we create a safe space in our classes to share them, explore them and ensure they are not blind spots by the time you leave.
Full attendance of the Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) course is required to be eligible for certification.

Prerequisites
There are no rigid prerequisites for attending this training.
We recommend that attendees will have completed a foundation-level course, such as the Certified Scrum Master® course, or be thoroughly familiar with Scrum introductory materials, such as the Scrum Guide. They should also have experience in practising Scrum. Some pre-reading will be sent to you upon registration.
Full attendance, participation and completion of the “priming test” will result in registration as a Certified LeSS Practitioner.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the start of a course without cost. After that point, the full course fee is due regardless of whether the registered person participates in the course. Participants can be substituted without charge.
