The Online Advanced Certified ScrumMaster™ May 2024 programme is a highly interactive, in-depth course building on the foundational Scrum values, practices and applications you gained in your Certified ScrumMaster® course. The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster™ May 2024 further deepens and enhances your knowledge and skills through an interactive virtual workshop and focused coaching. The Advanced Certified Scrum Master course provides a facilitation of communication between members of your organisation (Product Owner, The Scrum Team, Customers, Stakeholders and Executives). The Certified Scrum Master will teach delegates how to respond confidently when encountering changes and resistance to change, lack of motivation and unavailability of key figures in the organisation.
Benefits to this course include the ability to build foundational knowledge with enhanced implementation skills, networking and marketing in the global marketplace, adding value to your organisation as an agile professional and standing out in your industry as a member of a globally recognised Scrum alliance certified delegate. Upon completion of the course, successful participants receive the title Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) through our certifying body Scrum Alliance.
An Advanced Certified Scrum Master certification can be taken at any time after the Certified Scrum Master course however, you must have at least twelve months of Scrum Master experience logged into the Scrum Alliance profile before you are eligible to receive an Advanced Certified Scrum master certification.
