Certified Agile Facilitator 21-23 January 2025
The Certified Agile Facilitator ® (CAF®) program is to grow participants’ mindset, knowledge and ability in the area of professional facilitation. Effectively facilitating a group or team toward co-created, meaningful and committed outcomes is a core agile coaching competency as well as a skill necessary for effective leadership.
The Certified AgileFacilitator ® (CAF®) program supports the growth of participants and helps with challenges from real working environments. While participants advances their facilitation skills, participants also support their teams and organisations to advance. This course is accredited by the Scrum Alliance®, and successful completion of this class and active participation will result in registration as a Certified Facilitator ®.

Pre-requisites & Certification
Everyone is welcome to take this course, and there are zero restrictions on registering for the class. Though anybody who doesn’t understand Agile and Scrum, some preparation work has to be done to work with facilitation in an Agile context. This course requires a minimum attendance of 16 hours. As long as the Certified Agile Facilitator ® prerequisites are met, full attendance and participation will result in registration as a Certified Agile Facilitator ®.
