Founded by Bas Vodde and Craig Larman, The LeSS Company was created in 2014 to promote Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), offering certified LeSS training and promoting LeSS coaching.
The LeSS company provides support for adopting Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) within product development. It provides a coach and trainer network of approved coaches and trainers, helping to find the right person for your organisation.
LeSS Courses
We deliver our certified LeSS training courses online and in person. These courses are delivered by our experienced Certified Scrum Trainers (CST’s) and can be delivered publicly or as an in house, private training course.
Certified LeSS Basics
The Certified LeSS Basics course introduces you to Large Scale Scrum and walks you though the basic elements of how each component of the Large Scale Scrum framework integrates people and organisational design to deliver high-performing, Agile organisations.

Certified LeSS Practitioner
During this Certified LeSS Practitioner training, you’ll learn about systems modelling ideas and how to identify local optimisations versus optimisation for dynamic systems. You’ll learn the value of cross-functional feature teams and how the Large Scale Scrum architecture promotes high-performing, Agile organisations that embody Business Agility.

Certified LeSS Executive
Certified LeSS for Executives is designed for the executive and senior manager. It covers the successful patterns for organisational change when adopting LeSS and moving to a product & customer-centric organisational design. The flow and focus of the course will be tailored to the expertise and growth areas of the people in the room to create a unique and agile experience that learners get the most from.
