Ideally, the Scrum team will consist of up to 10 people, but larger teams do exist, which can make conducting Scrum Events such as the Daily Scrum a bit challenging. In this video, John McFadyen discusses a helpful tip for ensuring the Daily Scrum is valuable with a large group of people.
