Out with the old, in with the new.
How to Build a new Government Department Meetup with Shaun Cooney
Learn how Shaun approached Organisational Design & Change in Government and in what way his teams are now supporting the response to the current pandemic.
In Shaun’s words:
“I was given a relatively blank canvas and few constraints (but a lot of baggage) within a pretty well-regulated and governed Government organisation. I’ve built up a whole new department from nothing in just over a year to something that is now unexpectedly supporting the Government’s COVID-19 response.”
