Do companies invest in CSPO courses?

Very much so.

We find a blend of private in-house training as well as individuals attending our public training courses via the company’s training budget.

Sometimes, a company will have 12 or more people they want to upskill in the role of a product owner. They will want to host that training in the context of the environment their employees face and will book an in-house CSPO course to help them achieve that.

Most of the time, however, companies see value in having their teams attend the public CSPO courses whether that is online or in-person.

It gives delegates exposure to different lines of thinking and enables them to hear challenges that exist outside of their workspace.

The CSPO course, especially the online course, has delegates from all around the world.

It gives people a great insight into the challenges of the product owner role as well as insights into what people from different regions are doing to create products and services that truly delight customers.

The course is designed to include theoretical and practical work, as well as discussions around both the concepts as well as the exercises which gives people an opportunity to learn from one another as well as from the Certified Scrum Trainer.

A CSPO course is a valuable course for companies to invest in as it provides them with a framework for building, developing and launching new products.

The tools, models, and frameworks you learn in the CSPO course will help you get your ideas out into the team environment and help you articulate the vision and purpose of those ideas to your team.

At Agile Centre, our experience is that roughly 80% of the attendees are from a corporate environment that has invested in the CSPO course for their employees.

So, there is lots of opportunities for you to get your company to invest in the CSPO course and attend one of our public or private CSPO courses.
