About the Speaker
Richard Cheng is the Vice President of Training and Chief Product Owner at NextUp Solutions. NextUp Solutions provides transformative Agile services and training programs in Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as in concepts such as Product Management, Agile Testing and Automation, SAFe, Coaching, Facilitation, Software Development, and DevOps.
A graduate of Virginia Tech and renowned Agile expert, Richard has presented keynote talks at conferences and events around the globe, authored publications on Agile and product management, and is a member of Mensa. Richard has extensive experience working with the federal government, large companies, small startups, non-profits organizations, and associations.
