Agile Centre Training Terms & Conditions
By registering for a training course, programme or workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. These define the complete conditions governing your participation. Changes, additions or customers’ own terms and conditions are not valid unless confirmed in writing by the event organiser.
Registration
The number of participants is limited. Registrations are processed in the order received.
You agree to provide correct, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for processing and invoicing your registration. A valid email address is required to correspond with you. Your registration will be processed electronically on the organiser’s systems and/or on “cloud” services.
You agree that we may process your registration as described and that we may share this information with partners if necessary for processing your registration or holding the course. If the course is a certified course, then your data must be forwarded to the Certifying Body for certification.
We will not sell or otherwise misuse your data. It will only be used for registration and for keeping you up to date on workshops. By signing up for a course, you agree to be added to our mailing list; this is used initially to provide you with course joining information and afterwards to keep you informed with information from the community and upcoming events. If you wish to unsubscribe, please do so using the facility on the email.
Course Fees and Discounts
Public Training & Programmes
Payment of participation fees for public Training Courses is due by one week prior to the start of the course. Non-payment of fees at this stage could result in you losing your place on the course.
For Training Programmes (Science & Art of Coaching), payment of participation fees is due 30 days prior to the start of the programme. Non-payment of fees at this stage could result in you losing your place on the programme.
We may offer discounts on regular course fees. To qualify for the discount, you must claim the discount when you register. Published discounts are subject to change without notice.
Agile Centre offers a loyalty discount to all of its past customers (valid for Agile Centre run courses and select partners). Please contact us if you do not have your discount code, and we will reissue this for you. Please note that the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
As our public courses take place in the United Kingdom, the Intra-EU reverse charge is not applicable; therefore, VAT is chargeable. By booking a place on our public training you confirm your acceptance of the requirement to pay VAT regardless of your location within the European Union.
Training Packages
Payment plans are available for our Training Packages, either in equal amounts (up to five instalments per package) or per course, due on the date agreed with our Accounts Team. Please let us know upon booking whether you need a payment plan setting up.
If you have purchased a training package and are paying in instalments, the cost of each course will be due in full one week prior to the start of the course. Non-payment of fees at this stage could result in you losing your place on the course.
Should you change your mind about continuing with the training package after you have taken one or more courses, this can be arranged if all other terms and conditions are adhered to. Please note that the level of discount will be reduced for each course if you reduce the number of courses.
In-House (Private) Training and Workshops
25% of the full agreed fee is required as a deposit upon confirmation and to hold dates. If payment is not made within 7 days of presentation of invoice, dates will be released.
Final Payment (the remaining 75% of the full agreed fee + any additional expenses) should be made within 30 days of presentation of invoice without deduction. No further bookings will be taken while final invoices are overdue.
Prices quoted include training materials and certification fees (where applicable); reasonable trainer expenses are in addition; you may download our expenses policy here.
Provision of a suitable training venue is the responsibility of the client and must adhere to the training room requirement document provided at the point of booking.
Prices quoted are valid for 28 days from the date of issue. All prices quoted are subject to VAT.
