At Agile Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality training and services to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, we offer a clear and fair returns policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Training Course Cancellations

Before the course starts: If a participant needs to cancel or reschedule, Agile Centre requires at least 14 days’ notice prior to the training date for a full refund or course transfer. Cancellations are made within 14 days of the training date, after which point the full course fee is due independent of whether the registered person participates in the course. Participants can be substituted without charge.

Agile Centre Cancellations: In the rare event that Agile Centre needs to cancel or reschedule a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.

No-show: Participants who do not attend a course without prior notification will forfeit the course fee.

E-Learning Courses

If you change your mind about your academy membership, you can cancel and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date in line with the United Kingdom’s Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Code of Conduct

Active Participation: Active participation is encouraged to foster a collaborative learning environment. Participants should come prepared to engage, ask questions, and contribute to discussions and activities.

Professionalism: We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally during the training sessions. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or violation of community standards may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation confirmation. Please note that the refund policy applies only to payments made for Agile Centre’s training courses and services.
Agile Centre adheres to the United Kingdom’s Consumer Rights Act 2015.
