Karim Harbott
Karim has worked in product development since 2003 and has been involved in Scrum and Agile since 2008. He became a Certified Enterprise Coach (the highest Scrum Alliance coaching level) in 2014, a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2016, and served on the Scrum Alliance board of directors from 2020 to 2022.
Karim wrote the learning objectives followed by all Scrum Alliance trainers for Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner as well as the advanced classes and is also the author of the best-selling book, The 6 Enablers of Business Agility.

What do I need to attend the Masterclass?
In-Person Courses
- You do not need to bring a laptop or other equipment. A comprehensive workbook will be provided to all attendees.
Online Courses
A reliable internet connection is vital.
We require delegates to use a laptop, computer or device with a large screen to ensure they can participate without the limitations of using a smaller device.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the start of a course without cost. After that point, the full course fee is due regardless of whether the registered person participates in the course. Participants can be substituted without charge.
