This Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master™ programme is a highly interactive, in-depth course that builds on the foundational Scrum values, practices and applications of the Advanced Certified Scrum Master course. The CSP-SM deepens and enhances Scrum knowledge and skills through an interactive workshop and focused coaching.

The CSP-SM course is designed for the Scrum Master who has the desire to grow their skill set and become more confident in the concepts and techniques necessary to progress their career.
For those looking to differentiate themselves from the pack, CSP-SM certification arms Scrum Masters with new skills and also an industry-recognised distinction from other Scrum Masters. Agile coaches, consultants, program and project managers, facilitators, and technical leaders can all benefit tremendously by building on their A-CSM certification with the CSP-SM.
Everyone is welcome to take this course, and there are zero restrictions on registering for the class. However, to receive your CSP-SM certification from Scrum Alliance, students must have an active A-CSM certification and satisfy the following requirements:
- Complete the CSP-SM course, delivered by a Path to CSP Educator
- Demonstrate at least 24 months of demonstrated Scrum Master experience by uploading your role-specific expertise to your Scrum Alliance Profile

This Agile Coach course will be delivered by one of the below Certified Scrum Trainers:
John McFadyen
John started in software development in 2002 and became involved the world of Agile and Scrum shortly after, first as a developer and later and a Scrum Master.
He became a Certified Enterprise Coach in 2015, served on the first review panel for Certified Team Coach from 2015 to 2018, and a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2018. John’s area of focus is on Scrum Master and Agile Coach development, from first steps all the way through the journey to mastery.
Karim Harbott
Karim has been working in product development since 2003 and has been involved in the Scrum and Agile world since 2008. He became a Certified Enterprise Coach (the highest Scrum Alliance coaching level) in 2014, became a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2016, and served on the Scrum Alliance board of directors from 2020-2022.
Karim wrote the learning objectives followed by all Scrum Alliance trainers for CSM and CSPO as well as the advanced classes, and is also the author of the best selling book, The 6 Enablers of Business Agility.

More on Agile Coach Training Package
If you have time before the courses, please refresh your understanding of Scrum by reading the Scrum Guide or completing our On-Demand Introduction to Agile & Scrum training. For the CSP-SM, you must hold the Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) status and have two year of experience working as a Scrum Master.
Each course requires a minimum attendance of 16 hours. Full attendance and active participation throughout the training will result in the registration for each accreditation.
There are no rigid prerequisites for attending the Certified Agile Team Coach training. However, as this is an intermediate-level course for practitioners, delegates should have 6 months of agile experience. Dedicated coaching experience is not required. Instead, we will build upon the knowledge you already have working with agile teams.
The trainer will formally assess delegates to meet the certification criteria throughout the course. Upon successful completion, you will receive the ICAgile ICP-ACC certification.
Although it is not a formal prerequisite for the ICP-ACC, we have found that this training is best for attendees after they have completed an Agile foundation course (such as Scrum Foundations, Agile Fundamentals, Certified Scrum Masters or Professional Scrum Master).
Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the start of a course without cost. After that point, the full course fee is due independent of whether the registered person takes part in the course or not. Participants can be substituted without charge.
Should you change your mind about continuing with the training package after you have taken one or more courses, this can be arranged if all other terms & conditions are adhered to. Please note that the level of discount will be reduced for each course if you reduce the number of courses.

Online
We will be using Zoom, MURAL/Miro and Google Docs for the online training. We require delegates to use a laptop, computer or device with a large screen to ensure they can participate without the limitations of using a smaller device. A reliable internet connection is vital.
In Person
For in-person training, we provide everything needed on the day, so you do not need to bring a laptop or any other equipment with you.
